Banner Maker Pro can help you create banners, animated buttons, logos and other types of graphics. Regretfully, the tool does not have a nice interface, which is even sadder if we consider that it is related to a graphic design activity. Moreover, it is not exactly the kind of program that you can start to use right away, probably because its window is crammed with options. Yet, after a while, you may realize that everything can be solved if you follow the suggested steps.
The first of the steps is to configure the size of the banner or button. Although you can set custom measures, there are fortunately various presets you can use instead. Next step is creating a background. For this purpose, you can use gradients, animations, and border as well as import an existing image. After that, you can continue by adding shapes, foreground images, and text. In the case of text, you can even use various effects. Once the job is done, you can share the results in various ways. For example, you can upload them to ImageShack or an FTP site. Similarly, it is possible to send them via email. Good news is that you do not need to know how to program as the program can generate the code necessary to link the image to the website and create mouse-over effects and banner rotators.
The tool supports three types of animations. The first is one-step animation, which consists of applying animation presets to a static image. The second type, called slideshow, creates a sequence of static images and adds transitions between them. Finally, there is frame-by-frame animation, which is the most difficult to do and requires importing each image separately.
All in all, Banner Maker Pro can help you create nice graphic elements for your web pages. However, this depends too much on your skills. In this respect, it would have been better to have at least some templates to start with. The product’s trial version can be used for 15 days but it leaves a nasty watermark on the resulting banner.

Also, try RonyaSoft Poster Designer, perfect one.
I also have Photoshop but booting up Photoshop just to produce a banner or logo is like cracking a nut with a sledgehammer when you have a programme like Banner Maker Pro.
Very user friendly!
I shall try Version 7 for the extra bits and pieces included and quite possibly upgrade.
